If you are having trouble getting TeamSpeak to launch from the website, you can optionally setup the TeamSpeak client easily from the application itself.

The following are the minimum settings needed to login and listen/talk on the server.  You can add a server, by right clicking in the server list area and clicking on the "Add Server" item in the contextual popup menu.  Then enter the following.

 You will now see youself logged into the server, and you are free to talk or listen.  To go into a different channel, just double click on the channel name.
